    the chair is exactley as shown in the picture,no problem at all but the courier service left it outside the front door in the rain.the reason we bought the chair is he is 83 years old and had just had a hip replacement,what he was supposed to do about getting the chair into the house im not sure.i suggest in the future the company makes sure the chair is fully delivered.

    Good overall

    The chair is of good quality and is comfortable so generally I am pleased with it. I just think you should clarify that it does not operate as a normal dual motor chair as the back and footrest do not work entirely separately as most people would assume when looking for a dual motor chair. I found this out before I bought it by asking questions but some people would be disappointed to realise this after delivery.

    So far the only problem is velcrow not sticking to one corner at back of chair

    Apart from corner where velcrow is not sticking to frame, all else seems to be fine.
    I would comment that having paid an extra £55 for the delivery people to get the chair in working order, which only took five minutes, the instruction time could have been longer & not rushed as it was, because they had ten other deliveries to do.

    The other problem I encountered was their was no way of viewing the chair before ordering. So I took a chance & am happy that the risk has been worthwhile.

    I was left with a large brown box to dispose of which I would have thought the deliverer people would have taken away.
