Delivery Options

Our standard delivery is free of charge on orders over £30.00 (Ex. VAT) to UK mainland postcodes. For orders under £30 there is a standard delivery charge of £5.49 (Inc. Vat) to UK mainland postcodes. Most orders are dispatched from the Simplelife Mobility warehouse and will be delivered by Yodel.

Please Note: There is an additional delivery charge of £12.99 to postcodes in Zones 2 and 3, regardless of order value.

Zone 3: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly

Please note that some of your items may be dispatched to you direct from our suppliers. Orders containing one of these items will be delivered by the supplier's preferred courier.

Out Of Stock Item's

Occasionally we might be out of stock of an item. In this situation we will try to contact you by phone or email and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund if you would rather not wait or receive a suitable alternative.

Your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel and arrive at different times. Where parcels can be tracked, we will send you a link on your dispatch email.
